Musicians Earplugs and Earmolds

What Makes Musicians Earplugs High Fidelity?

Musicians Earplugs replicate the natural response of the ear canal so that sound heard with these earplugs has the same quality as the original, just quieter.

ER • 9

The ER • 9 has reduced diaphragm stiffness for less attenuation. Minimal Attenuation and high clarity. Recommended for string instruments, acoustic guitarists and vocalists.

ER • 15

ER•15 buttons have a diaphragm which functions as an acoustic compliance, while the volume of air in the sound bore of the custom earmold acts as an acoustic mass. The combination of the two produces a resonance at approximately 2700 Hz (as in the normal ear), which results in a smooth, flat attenuation. Goo attenuation and great clarity and perhaps the most versatile choice

ER • 25

The ER • 25 has an increased diaphragm stiffness and an acoustic-mass channel molded into the button for more attenuation. These plugs have the best attenuation for musicians plugs while maintaining good clarity. Recommended for brass, percussion, and amplified instruments.

Options

ER Musician Plugs also have several different options available on request. These include style (canal, ½ shell, or shell), standard filter position, partially countersunk, or fully countersunk. The availability of these options are dependant upon the size of the ear canal. Strings or clips can be added to the mold portion. In addition, the color of the earmolds/filters can be chosen.
