Angie Prudhomme

Angie Prudhomme, B.F.A., H.A.P.

In the summer of 2009, Angie Prudhomme completed her final year of the Hearing Aid Practitioner program from Grant Macewan University in Edmonton, Alberta. She is fortunate enough to be able to work at Advanced Hearing Aid Clinic in Ottawa and complete her internships as she is gaining valuable experience in both the unique technology and superior customer service.

Angie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec. Though a far cry from the field of audiology, she truly believes that it aids in her in creative problem solving when it comes to hearing aids. After earning this degree, Angie lived in Japan and taught English for a year. She is truly unique in her thinking as she has not only studied science fields, but arts and languages. Angie can speak French and a certain amount of Japanese. Since finishing her studies, she has renewed her painting career and hopes to additionally revive her curatorial career on a part time basis. She wears many hats and actually functions better this way, but her most rewarding job is ensuring that each and every client is happy and satisfied when they leave the office with their hearing devices.
